- Contact and Request-a-Bid forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, site location, service details, and any files you upload.
- Careers form: your name, contact details, résumé, and any other information or files you choose to send.
Please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security or driver’s license numbers, through our website forms.

When you visit our site, we and our service providers automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Job Applicants and Background Checks
Our HR team reviews applications submitted through our website. We run pre-employment background checks only after a candidate has been selected for hire, and only with the candidate’s written authorization, as required by the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and New Jersey law. Candidates receive the required disclosures before any check is run and have the rights those laws provide.
Data Retention
Our HR team receives form submissions and résumés and keeps them for 90 days, after which they are deleted. We keep information for longer only when the law requires it. Google keeps analytics data according to our Google Analytics settings.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections for our website forms. No website or transmission is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by New Jersey law.
Your Privacy Rights
As a best practice, we give everyone the rights provided by the New Jersey Data Privacy Act. You may ask us to:

If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
